Orders

Can I cancel my order after it's been placed?

Cancellations are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Engine orders are final and cannot be cancelled.

What happens if a product is listed at an incorrect price?

IAG Performance reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed at an incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed or your card charged. If your card was charged, a full credit will be issued to your account.

REFUNDS

How long does a refund take?

Refunds are processed within 30 days or less.

How are refunds issued?

Credit card, Affirm, and PayPal payments are refunded to the original account. There are no cash refunds — cash purchases are returned via business check.

Shipping

Who is responsible for shipping costs on a return?

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning IAG products for warranty service, repair, or replacement. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your shipping receipt, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit. 

If your order originally qualified for free shipping, the cost of shipping is deducted from your refund.

What should I do if my package arrives damaged?

Notify the delivery driver at the time of delivery and file a claim with the carrier. You have 30 days to report damaged or incorrect items — after that period IAG is no longer responsible.

What happens with lost packages?

Lost packages will be replaced — not refunded — pending approval of a carrier claim.

Returns

What is your return policy?

All stocking products are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase. Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs are deducted from the refund if the order originally qualified for free shipping.

How long do I have to report missing or damaged items?

You have 14 days to inspect your shipment for missing items, and 30 days to report damaged or incorrect items. After these windows, IAG is no longer responsible.

How do I initiate a return?

All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before shipping anything back. Call 410-840-3555 email support@iagperformance.com or fill out the form above to obtain your RMA. Items returned without an RMA will be refused.

Are there items that cannot be returned?

Yes. The following are not eligible for return: engines, special order and made-to-order items, electrical components including the COBB Accessport, and any product that has been installed or modified.

Can I cancel or return an engine order?

No. Engine orders are final - no cancellations or returns.

Can I return a COBB Accessport or other electrical components?

No. Electrical components including the COBB Accessport are not eligible for return.
