Please read these terms before using iagperformance.com or placing an order. Effective June 29, 2026. By completing a purchase, you agree to our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

Agreement at checkout

When you complete a purchase, you confirm that you have read and agree to our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy. You must agree before your order can be completed.

Orders & payment

Order acceptance

Your order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline orders due to availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or shipping restrictions.

Pricing and typographical errors

If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect application information, we may refuse or cancel the order — even if confirmed or charged. If payment was processed, a credit is issued to your original payment method.

Cancellations

Cancellations are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Engine orders are final and cannot be cancelled.

Sale pricing

Sale pricing is valid only during the promotional period. Prices are not adjusted for purchases outside the sale. Rain checks are not offered.

Returns & refunds

Return policy summary

Stocking products may be returned within 30 days, subject to approval and a 20% restocking fee. You have 14 days to report missing items and 30 days to report damaged or incorrect items.

All returns require an RMA before shipping anything back. See our full Returns page and Refund Policy.

Non-returnable items

Not eligible for return: engines; special-order and made-to-order items; electrical components including the COBB Accessport; and any installed, used, or modified product.

Shipping & delivery

Shipping policy summary

Most in-stock orders ship within 1–3 business days via UPS, USPS, or freight. When free shipping is offered, we may select the lowest-cost eligible method.

International orders

International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. IAG is not responsible for customs charges or delays.

Products & installation

Intended use

Many products are designed for off-road, competition, or racing use where permitted. You are responsible for compliance with applicable laws, including emissions regulations.

Installation and use

Products must be installed per manufacturer instructions. IAG is not responsible for damage or injury from improper installation, modification, tuning, or use.

Engine orders

Engine orders are final. No cancellations or returns are offered.

Services

Appointments and deposits

Cancelled service appointments with deposits are non-refundable. Tuning deposits are non-refundable.

Promotions

Discounts and sale items

Military and first-responder discounts (where offered) apply to qualifying IAG products and generally cannot be combined with sale pricing unless stated otherwise.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Products and this website are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. IAG is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Maryland law. Disputes shall be brought in Carroll County, Maryland. Claims must be commenced within one year where permitted by law.
